Editor-in-Chief Once upon a time, in a landnot so far away, little painted lions starting popping up all around the little town of Red Lion. These lions, painted and staged in famous fairytale scenes by Red Lion students, appeared in local businesses and landmarks throughout the district for three consecutive years. And then, around 10 years ago, the projects stopped.

Staff Writer The Red Lion Symphonic Band will travel and perform in Atlanta, Georgia during the week of Apr. 25 - 29. The students will be flying out of BWI early in the morning of the 25 for a two-hour flight. Every two years, the Red Lion Band takes a trip within the United States to perform their music. Getting the chance to perform in front of a live audience in another area is a big deal to the band. By Jack Miller
Staff Writer The 2K franchise has been a leader in the sports video game industry for years now. They have produced games such related to World Wrestling Entertainment, Major League Baseball, and of course everyone’s favorite, the National Basketball Association(NBA). The newest release in the NBA 2K series is NBA 2K18, which is developed by Visual Concepts and published by 2K Sports. NBA 2K18 is yet another drastic step in the industry of sports video games.
