Social Media & Marketing Editor It’s easy to try to be a better person, but how can we, as members of society, REALLY better ourselves and listen to both sides? In many ways, it’s easier than most think. With the advent of technology, we, as a society, have the opportunity to share more information than ever before. Newspapers are being replaced with news sites, the radio is being replaced by TV, and social media has provided a copious amount of platforms to which we take in our news.

Senior Editor In our world today, it has become blatantly obvious that there is an incredible divide amongst the human race. Neighbor’s opinions conflict with neighbors, friends opinions conflict with friends, and even family members find themselves arguing around the dinner table about who did what in the news. These types of disagreements are inevitable, as people who put themselves in positions of power open themselves up to criticism towards the choices they make. The political race is all over the news, constantly dominating every aspect of social media, social interaction, and pop culture. With so much controversial information flying around, many of us are left wondering, “Where do I stand? Who should I vote for?” If you can’t decide who to support, you are certainly not alone. With all of the quirks and disparities between candidates, we’re seeing a whole new wave of division both between and within parties. For many people, it boils down to the best of the worst. |
